Quick Sync not supported

Hello,

DVDFab tells me that quick sync is not supported on my Surface Pro 2 (4200U version).

Is there really no quick sync support, or do i have to enable it somewere

Intel tells me that the 4200U should have quick sync.

ARK | Intel® Core? i5-4200U Processor (3M Cache, up to 2.60 GHz)
