Reactivate BitLocker?

Hi,
someone know to reactivate WinRE + BitLocker? After I've deleted the win8.1 partition and installed win 10, I always get this error message,

"This PC doesn't support entering a BitLocker recovery password during startup. Ask you administrator to configure Windows Recovery Environment so that you can use Bitlocker."

if I want to turn on BitLocker!

Looks like you may have to get a recovery image...

? But I don't want to reinstall everything... Or have I?

It is running on Windows 10 at the moment.

I think I've read about to create an own recovery image?
