Replying on This Site Doesn't Work with Metro IE 10 and Onscreen Keyboard

I tried to reply to a thread this weekend but whenever I tried to tap in the message text area, the on-screen keyboard came up and then disappeared.

go to setting on top of screen next to your your profile, then general settings, scroll down and check off---Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
