RT 8.0 recovery image from ms

Hello all . I was just wondering if anyone knows if the rt recovery image that Microsoft has put out to help the ones who had trouble upgrading to 8.1 .has all the updates in it or is it the original 8.0 no update ? Hope some has the answer. Thanks all . Also noticed the 8.1 upgrade is up again in the app store.

I believe that's the factory (vanilla Windows 8) recovery image.
