SP3 OneNote radial dial options

Hello,
Brand new SP3. Using the Surface Pen, I can write in OneNote (pre-installed, not 2013). After I lasso what I have written, the radial dial show "Undo", "Tag", "Copy", and "Delete". Should there be additional options?

The modern version doesn't have many features - OneNote 2013 has much more functionality but it takes a bit longer to switch tools when inking.

Hopefully they will at least find a way to enable more features in the Modern version for people who own OneNote 2013.
