SP3 Pen: Loose Nib?

Hey,
i recently got my sp3 and noticed that the Nib of the Pen is a bit loose/wobbly. I removed it and put it back in, but the Nib itself seems to be ok. Is it normal that the nib is a bit loose (and not tight at all)?
Sometimes, when I slightly touch the screen (eg. for a single click), it is not recognised.

Mine moves from side to side a little but I don't think this is a defect. I think it needs some leeway to move for the pressure sensitivity to work.
