Solved Static IP on Surface Pro 3 ethernet adapter

Just got an Ethernet adapter for my surface pro 3.
Plugged it in the drivers loaded and it connects to DHCP fine.

Can anyone tell me how I can set the IP to a static?
I think the part is "Microsoft Surface Ethernet Adapter 3.0 MS-MIC-3U4-00008"
