Surface 2 will not power up after refresh

After refreshing my Surface 2 per tech's instructions on this forum to reestablish a printer driver, the computer worked very well the rest of the day including printing. I powered down for the night and the next morning the computer is totally dead. I've tried two different AC line power adaptors and also tried to power thru the USB port. Absolutely no response. Keys don't light up. Disconnecting keypad/cover doesn't help. I was told that there is a reset button somewhere that needs to be pushed after refreshing.

Please advise. I really need this machine working.
