Surface 3 Pro not responding...

Hello,
I have a Surface 3 Pro with Windows 8.1
Many time, mostly when it feel hot, when I click, double click etc, nothing happen, I try to use touch screen, mouse, same result, nothing, no response.
I have to re-start then it work again.
Would like if someone knows about this problem.

I had that happen to my SP3 a few times with Windows 8.1, and haven't had it happen yet with Windows 10. I never did resolve it, other than to upgrade to Windows 10--and so that's the only suggestion I can make.
