Surface Book - Create a system image - Failed with error 0x807800C5

I have the SB standalone, with an external USB disk connected to perform a System Image Backup, I've tried multiple times and I always get the error 0x807800C5 and also error 0x8078004F, is there something am I missing here? thanks

How large is the disk and how is it formatted?

The SB disk is 1TB, but is has 950GB free, and the external USB drive is 4TB and all is available.

I think the size of the external disk, (partition), may be the issue. But I could be wrong. Have you tried to copy any files or folder there?

I just copied a file and a folder with no problem, the external drive is formatted with NTFS
