Surface Book Performance Keyboard no AT sign and no dot anymore

since yesterday, I can't make a AT-Sign and no dot with my keyboard Anything else works, any idea

strange is, that the Q work, though not the @

Usually this is due to either moisture (including grease or oil) or debris. Blow air in and around your keys. Do not use warm or hot air. A powerful hair blow dryer WITHOUT THE HEAT might do the trick.
