Surface Pro 2 battery - user replaceable????

Surface Pro 2 uses the exact same chassis as before, all of the changes are internal....

The IPad's battery is replaceable for about $100.00 it is as thin as the Surface Pro 2.

If you return to Microsoft for maint, how will you know if it is a replacement or not?
