Surface Pro3 Battery Gets Drained While Gaming On Power

Hello,
My Surface Pro 3's battery gets drained even while it's connected to power and charging. It wasn't like this before, I'm not sure but it looks like this started happening after I had upgraded to Windows10.
Power supply is working normal, the device recharges successfully. But even if it's 100% charged and the power supply is connected, it uses some battery power and drains the battery if I use heavy apps like games.
Can't we make it use the power supply only ? May it be related to some power management scheme or settings ?

Check your system power draw using Kill A Watt. If the total power draw is about 35 W while gaming, the battery will get discharged.
