Surface RT video/flash issue?

Hi all,

My brother just bought the surface RT, and he is having issues watching certain online videos.
For example if he wants to watch a SouthPark episode on: South Park Studios Netherlands | Kenny, Cartman, Stan & Kyle | Watch Full Episodes, Clips & More , the video stays just black.
Where videos on youtube.com will just load/play.

Does someone has similar issues, or has this something to do with the IE white/black lists???

Yes, Windows and all apps are up to date.
