Hello,

i'm sorry for my bad english.
I reinstalled Windows 10 on my SP2 with the Surface recovery image from their website. Unfortunately it stucked at around 70% and now the surface just goes on, the surface logo appears and then it goes off all the time. When i try to load from the USB stick and try to turn it to the original copy i get the error message, that there was a problem with the original copy. So i can't install the recovery image and i cant boot the surface.
Anyone here who struggled with the same problem?

hey,

This same thing happened to me today. I had an update that got downloaded and in the morning, it was working perfectly fine, by night time, the update took over 3 hrs and only stopped at 76%. after that it went on a boot loop. I see it pass the pin but after, it would just wait on the welcome screen and then reboot. Over and over... anyone else? how do I get into the bios to reset? i tried the vol down and power but it just boots normal for me.
