TabTip.exe crashing on lockscreen, cant login=(

Tabtip starts to crash everytime Lockscreen appears and on-screen keyboard not available.
Anyone know how to fix it?

Surface Pro3 with windows 10 15031 (fast ring build)

This is the handwriting/touch interface for the on-screen keyboard.
A setting is hanging up, and needs this service to be closed in order to remedy.

Try this: Get up and running, then change your on-screen keyboard to be one of those with touch keys, rather than a pen.

Then restart.

im using only on-screen heyboard, not pen interface, but ive tried, still error occurs.
This problem is only on lockscreen, when Ive logged in = onscreen keyboard works great

Try one of these solutions:

All settings -> Devices -> Typing -> "Show the touch keyboard when not in tablet mode and there's no keyboard attached"
set swith to ON

Revert to previous Build, then install 10531 again.
