"The Display Drivers have stopped working"

Sometimes - even when my SP2 is OFF, the screen turns on to a black screen and then off after a few seconds, and when I turn my surface back on in desktop mode it says "the display drivers have stopped working and have restarted". Last night I went to bed at 26% battery and woke up to 18%. Something tells me this kept happening in the night and hurt my battery. Anyone know what gives?

Also, does anyone know if there's a battery graph (like android) where I can see my battery stats plotted over time?

Other then these... weird issues... and worse battery life aside, I LOVE this thing!

I've noticed the message a couple times. Not enough to try and guess what caused it. I'd guess just buggy driver power saving. But yes I've seen it too. Haven't noticed missing battery, though.
