The targeted os 10.0 does not match

I have Surface Pro 3 and while trying to upgrade it from 8.1 to 10 it is always throwing me "The targeted os 10.0 does not match with the current OS 6.3.9600.0". please choose the right device to install
aborting the operation...

I am trying to install SurfacePro3_Win10_161330_0.msi.



Please can someone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks.
