Turn off Sp3 screen when using external monitor as main

Sorry for the question,
but, how to turn off the screen of the Sp3 if I have as main monitor an external one attached via mdp of the device?

Use the Desktop Screen Resolution Control Panel and set Monitor as the only.... or from the Device Charm chose Monitor 2 only....

It should remember your settings.
