Solved Type cover 4 - Some keys not working!

I recently bought this Type Cover fingerprint for my Surface Pro 3 - windows 10 updated, everything look like great before i try to use my type cover. 3 keys (G, H, Ctrl) not working, i try to clean connector, disconnect- reconnect, restart my sp3, but still not working, is there anybody got the same problem with me?
anybody have any solution please help.

sounds like it is defective, just take it back for a replacment

Problem solved after upgrade to win 10 newest version(build 10586)
