unexpected solution to wifi issues during cs?!

A couple days ago I removed my Marvell driver, removed it from my driver store and reinstalled it from a driver pack I downloaded from MS. Since then, my WiFi has not lost connectivity during sleep!

This surprises me because it possibly suggests that their driver I downloaded was better/newer than the one on my machine, which seem strange since I have all the updates..

Why would refreshing ever work? Because the bits got scrambled somewhere. This is no different. Remove and reinstall.

Exactly, it seems that something went wrong using Windows Update. But it's the same driver.
