Update/recovery issues

I was trying to access the store on my Surface Pro 3, but noticed that it will not load. I was wondering if I had any updates, so I tried going into the windows update and recovery section in Settings, but nothing in there will load. I just get the update and recovery ribbon to the left and a white screen to the side. Initially it looks like it is just loading the info, but the spinning load indicator just stays there and if I click on "file history" or "recovery" nothing appears, then it seems to freeze up and I can't do anything else in that tab. Any ideas?

Make sure your date and time are set correctly, if the time is too far off you can have problems.

Reboot.

Time and date are both spot on. Already have rebooted and still, the same issue.

Though, now I feel stupid.... They both appear to be working just fine now. Thanks for the input.
