Used Surface Pro 64GB and missing recovery partition

Hi everyone, i have bought a used surface pro some weeks ago and now wanted to create the recovery Partition to be on the safe side. But unfortunately it seems that the previous owner has already created and deleted it, so i'm stuck with more space (ok, that's relative...) and no recovery Partition. Could someone be so kind to share his (or hers) with me? Thanks! and best regards Bernd

One of the posters here has made the files available. Man IE 11 previw for Wndws 7 64 is typing all screwy like the TPT2 with 8.1 installed. Wow.
