Why Do My Audio F1, F2, and F3 Keys No Longer Work?

I'm just now noticing that my audio F1, F2, and F3 keys on my Power Cover no longer work. As I doing something totally dumb here or is there something like an "audio lock" (as in cap & num))that I've accidentally pushed, or not pushed? As a matter of fact, when I press the F1 key, I get a Windows Internet Explorer Popular Topics Help. Does anybody know what might be going on here?

Try FN + Caps Lock

Fn + Caps lock will toggle what the F1-F12 keys do. By default, pushing one of these keys will perform the function depicted on the icon while holding Fn plus the key will do F1-F12. Toggling Fn + Caps will reverse that such that pushing the keys will do F1-F12 while pushing Fn + the keys will do the icon's function.
