WiFi strength, battery indicator and time live tile?

Is there a Wi-Fi strength, battery indicator and clock live tile? like the one that pops out from the charms bar but stays on the metro desktop or even like the one on the desktop taskbar. I have found a clock/date live tile app. The charms one would work fine if you could make it stay on the metro desktop.

I don't know of any. In another hand, querying constantly for these parameters can decrease the battery life.
