I know we could probably ask questions in here about Windows 8.1 but is there a specific forum you would suggest for Windows 8.1?

Go ahead and use the Windows 8 forum as 8.1 is a step release....

Just Bing Windows 8.1 forums, you'll find tons of them. I guess it's up to you to decide which is your favorite. One of my favorites is Microsoft's Community Forums.
