On my Surface Pro with Windows 8.1:
Last night, Mail, my sequentially first tiled app on my start screen, began crashing on start-up. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Problem fixed - for that app. I found the behavior then migrated to my Weather app. Same procedure (uninstall and reinstall) and it's fixed - for that app. The behavior then migrated to Skype - the next tile in line. Shutdown and restart didn't help.
The crashing behavior seems to be migrating to the right on my metro screen. I don't want to reinstall every app on the Surface Pro.
Anyone else having this issue?
