ı have surface pro 2012 tablet pc. it came with windowes 8 and ı tried to upgrade windows 10. when windows installation above the %40 tablet gone power down. Then ı tried to do factory reset but when ı power up my tablet Windows could not complete this installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation. error showed up... how can ı solve this problem ı cant even boot on usb ... please help.

Do you have a mSD card in it? If so, try it with the card removed.
No ı dont have sd
