Windows + Volume Down stopped working

After July 8th update the Windows + Volume Down combination stopped taking screen captures. It does not even blink when I press the two keys. Also when in Desktop mode as soon as I touch the Windows button it goes to Start without letting me to push the Volume Down button.

only one good thing for not getting the new product ASAP, is initial problems will be identified and likely to be to resolved by the time you finally get it.......

i've been using Fn + Spacebar (or Fn+Alt+Spacebar) for printscreen.

I run Windows update again and after installing an optional update the issue was fixed.
