I am in the process of installing new windows 10 on my surface pro 4. But it shows that we couldn't find any drives. Attached is the image

Did you try the load driver option?

If it doesn't have network access you might need to download the Sp4 drivers or you can use DISM to add the driver to your install image Add and Remove Drivers to an Offline Windows Image

Thank you for your reply. Because I don't have the drivers, I didn't use the load driver options. Please is there a link to get the drivers?

Download drivers and firmware for Surface

Update Surface devices and Windows. Download the latest drivers and firmware updates to keep your Surface devices performing their best.

if it only lists the MSI for download you can extract them with the command

msiexec /a SurfacePro_Win10_161504_0.msi targetdir=C:\SurfaceProDrivers /qn

edit the msi filename to match the one you downloaded
