Hello, my Surface Pro 6 is still under 2 year warranty. When I bought the device, the kickstand was fine. Gradually, it started to wobble more and more. I had it serviced and was told I damaged the kickstand myself, which is untrue. There are many threads mentioning wobbly kickstand online. However, I accepted their ruling as I was told it could be repaired, though I had to paid for it. I accepted that. Now, the device has been in a Microsoft service for 2,5 months!!!. I was told 3 weeks ago the kickstand cannot be repaired, after previously being told it can be. Can I do anything about this? I am really unhappy and dissapointed with their handling of this situation, I paid premium price for this device, I expected more from Microsoft.
