Word (office 365) duplicating files


Hi guys, I'm having problem with my office 365 word program. Each time I open a document in word it automatically creates two cache files and one file always says cannot open while the other opens. I started noticing this weird behavior about a month ago and it's getting really annoying. Occasionally there's a problem uploading files too.
Wonder if anyone has experienced this.


Not sure if this will help at all, but I've had similar duplication issues with Office when trying to save files to my OneDrive. I've lost a lot of work due to these bugs. Are you using OneDrive?

Looks like you aren't the only one. I Googled it and found some people having the same issue, but no solution.
