All I can say is that if you want the quickest responses to your questions from users this is the best place and yes I am biased .

However, with that said, I have browsed MS forums and there is a lot of good information, but I just like the format of our forum better and the users are a lot more engaged here.

Totally agree. I participate actively in both and other forums and this forum is my favorite. The reason is simple, here you can find real help from real users with real on hand experience.
