How in the hell can this possibly happen?

I shut the lid on my SP3 with Windows 10 at 32%.

2 days later, I turn it on, and I'm down to 8%. So I figured something must be happening in the background that I am unaware of...I didn't leave any windows or apps running, just closed the lid. Losing 24% in 48 hours with a hibernated machine? Huh?

Attached is the sleep study report...shows everything in green which I take to mean, from what I read, very little CPU usage.

Any ideas?

Failing to see any problem here  I'd be pretty happy with that to be honest!

For the hell of it I might try the same test with my Surface, though it's very rare I'll go even a single day without using it.

Also if you want to eek out a little more battery life you can enable hibernate to work like Windows 8.1 does. Just go to your power settings->advanced and click sleep and set the hibernate to 240 mins on battery and/or power.
