Surface frezze after 3 minutes of use

Hey guys,
my Surface freeze while I use it. Sometimes after 3 minutes and sometimes a little more.
I've tried it with no updates (direct out of box) then with all updates. I've made 3 resets and used it without the stylus.

Nothing helped.

Has somebody this issues too??

Get it replaced ASAP.

yes this is not normal behavior, replace it and don't let this little hiccup deter you from giving the SP3 a chance, it really is a great machine

I had the exact same issue I think!
This was after opening 4 boxes of i7 2456gb versions at the store because of dead pixels/dirt under screen.
I finally got a good one, relocated overseas and then all of a sudden stared freezing every 3 mins. No matter what I was doing, even just typing the letters would freeze and then catch up. Press something with my finger...no response and then a minute later it would catch up.
I ended up calling microsoft and sending it for service. They are replacing it, I only hope there are no pixel issues with the replacement.
