Auto Screen brightness Problem

Hi

iam not happy about this function. Sitting outside or in a bright room, screen brightness is not adjusting to full backlight .

But it is configured with auto-brightness in settings.

I have always to adjust manually it.
Is there another trick or software to correct this?
