Battery Cycle >120 on New Surface 2

Hello. I'm new here and just got my Surface 2 or 3 weeks ago. I just learned on how to generate battery status report for my Surface 2 and found out that my battery cycle count is already >12o. Have anyone encountered the same thing.. ?

Strange. Is that >12 or >120?
Did you buy it brand new or refurbished?
