Battery life suddenly 1.5 hours

My battery life has plummeted. When fully charged I get 1.5 hours. Battery meter is showing 14000 maH capacity out of rates 42000

Windoes 10 anniversary, all updates

Any suggestions? It literally just started

When the % hits "you are low 6%" it just turns off now. I have to leave it plugged in 10 minutes until.it can power on
