Beats by Dre

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface, and I love it. However, I am having one issue: my Beats by Dre wireless headphones are not getting recognized when I attempt to Add a Device.

I googled the problem, but I am not finding any information. I called my local Microsoft Store, and they told me that the Beats are compatible.

Starting with the obvious, did you turn bluetooth on @ RT.

There is usually a pairing button you have to push for at least 5 seconds.....

Yes, bt was on. I got it to pair by holding the power button on the headphones while adding device.

Now that it pairs, I can hear out of the headphones, but the audio is very choppy.
