Best way to sync several iTunes playlists with the Surface / Windows 8?

I am previously coming from an iPad and I use iTunes on my iMac to sync several playlists to my iPad. I want to sync several of my playlists to my SP2 as well, anyone know the best way to do this?

I'm not an iTunes user, but isn't there iTunes for Windows? Can it not sync that way?

I can however I do not want all my songs, just several different playlists.
