Solved BSOD after multiple Surface Type-C Driver OPM errors in Event Viewer

Roll back the Intel Driver, every time I've attempted to install the updated driver it has caused problems. I had to uninstall and delete the driver and then reboot.

I just did the rollback successfully. Thanks

Where is the driver located to be deleted? I still have it installed

If it rolled back you should be fine - otherwise from device manage right click on the device and chose uninstall and check the box that says delete the driver...
