Had an issue were the pen was not working on the lower inch of the display, setup for replacement and just before before Fed Ex arrived I had a nurse walk up with a surface that the cursor was not equal with the pen placement. Did a screen calibration and it it was worse to the point I was losing Pen usage on the top and bottom of the screen. Clicked Reset instead of calibration and everything went back to spot on!
Pulled out the other tablet with the failed lower inch, selected reset and working perfect again.
So if you start having accuracy issues with your surface Pen Go to Control panel Tablet PC settings, and select Reset not calibrate and see if that corrects your issues!
Problem has not reoccurred for over an hour now.
