Can any one share recovery image for surface pro 3 64g

Hi everyone I wander if anyone can made mirror ( google drive - mega- one drive) for me so i can download it using IDM cus i tried it 5 times the download is too slow in (3 different PCs)
And its fall every time after 6-7 hrs with no option for resume my download speed 16 mb/s but i get only 100-300 kb/s
