Cannot Login

Hi,

I reformatted my surface some time ago.
I tried to get in the other day.
Cant remember pin
Tried the dummy outlook account I created.
Even tried to reclaim it from Microsoft but they said I did not provide enough correct information to prove that the account was mine.

I made a boot-able thumb drive using Rufus
I tried Windows boot first - no luck.
I then created a Linux boot disk - still no luck
I tried all kind of various boot configurations in UEFI - no luck.

What else can I try?

Might just have to back up your data and reinstall the OS. Not sure if tools like Active Boot Disk work to reset the passwords anymore on the newest builds of Windows.
