Surface RT 32GB.
When I try to download any apps (like u-tube or solitaire), after about 3 or 4 minutes, I get a screen message telling me my connection is too slow.
I have been using the same connection (Sky Broadband) for the last 12 months on my home PC without problem, also I have downloaded many programmes.
Solitaire is only 21.5 Mgb but still won't download on my surface.
Anybody have any ideas?
