Change Pictures of Contacts

This might be a stupid question but how do I change the pictures or add pictures to my live contacts from my surface?

I am not aware of a Contacts application, but integration is via People, Messaging and Mail. I don't think you can change those as they're linked to the information in the person's profile, i.e., Facebook.
