this has been mentioned in some reviews and I found it to be true: the charge connector doesn't slide very cooperatively into its receptacle - placing it there is quite a fiddle.
I took a closer look and found the edges on the plug very sharp and angular, requiring a perfect superimposition to slide into the receptacle. I then broke the edges just a little bit with a diamond nail file, and - voila! - the connector slides in almost by itself, very similar to my wife's MacBookPro.
Strange that this type finishing hasn't been picked up by the manufacturing QC.
