Bought a Surface RT a week ago.
My Surface RT charging cable worked for about two days. It is poorly designed.
Then the connector inside the tablet lost its magnetism. Tried two other new cable connectors. No luck.
Now I have no way to charge it.
Please help.
Will Microsoft send me new magnets to put inside the tablet?
What are my options?
