Citrix Receiver 4.4 and Surface Book

I installed Citrix Receiver two days ago while on a business trip and today I was fighting Surface Dock issues with my external monitors. These monitors had been working (reasonably) well and all the sudden they would not show a picture. Long story short uninstalling Citrix Receiver 4.4 did the trick and everything is back to normal.
