Constant fan because ntoskrnl.exe System memory and compressed memory

I'm getting since a few weeks a constant 15-20% CPU load with the task ntoskrnl.exe System memory and compressed memory (ntoskrnl.exe Systemspeicher und komprimierter Speicher).

This makes the fan run all the time and the Surface 3 (Win 10) close to unusable.

Does anybody experience the same?
